3. Google analytics

Our website uses the web analytics service Google Analytics from Google Inc, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies (see under Cookies). These enable an analysis of the use of our website offer incl. IP addresses by Google in the USA. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP making). If anonymization is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which is why no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. These commissioned data processors carry out the corresponding data processing exclusively on our behalf. They are bound by the same data protection regulations as we are.

Please note that we have no influence on mass surveillance measures by security authorities (such as police or special security services) and cannot influence their data processing.

6. Your rights

By law, you have the following rights. Please note that the existence and scope of your rights may vary depending on the specific applicable data protection legislation.

Processing based on other grounds remains unaffected by the objection.

  • Withdrawal of consent: If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, the data subject may withdraw this consent. The revocation of consent does not affect processing based on other grounds. The withdrawal is only valid for the future.

  • Restriction: Under certain circumstances, the data subject may request the restriction of the processing of his/her personal data. This may be the case if the accuracy of the data is in doubt. Please bear in mind that this may restrict the provision of services or even make it impossible.

  • Data portability: If provided for by law, personal data that the data subject has made available to us may, depending on the applicable data protection law, be requested in a common and machine-readable form and - subject to weighty conflicting interests - may be further used.
