Job Description IT Systems Engineering

Your area of responsibility

​

  • Setup, operation and maintenance of SME client-server Microsoft infrastructures (SBS, Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, Exchange 2007,2010, 2013, 2016)

  • Configuration and commissioning of firewall, switch etc.

  • Processing and solving of problem cases and error messages

  • Support via remote maintenance, telephone and at the customer site

  • Software and hardware evaluations for customers

  • Maintaining our cloud infrastructure

  • Monitoring of customer systems

Our requirements

​

  • Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ, systems engineering

  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Client-Server environment

  • Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office

  • Willingness for further training (telecommunications, IT)

  • Independent, structured, quality-conscious and proactive way of working

  • Customer-oriented way of thinking and acting

  • Impeccable Swiss German

  • Knowledge of English is an advantage

  • Driving license category B
